If you don’t already know, Rangefinder is one of the top magazines in the photography industry so this was a pretty impressive accomplishment for Chris. I revisited your Blog - and read the article - plus looked through all your photos. You are truly an amazing artist. I especially love your Portriates. I find your use of lighting exceptional - you seem to really bring out the personality of your subjects. Some of your portriates are so moving - and emotional. I just wanted to drop a note to tell you I've really enjoyed seeing your photos - and I don't think doing a calendar for Borgota is too much of a stretch. They should be happy to have you create a calendar for them. All you need is for the person who is in charge of Borgota's Public Relations to see your work. You might aim for doing their calendar and end up doing something bigger. I also wanted to comment on one of the wedding photos you did of the bridal party at the craps table. As an ex craps dealer (12 years) - we used to have a saying that: "Being married was like being locked in like a come bet." Meaning once you are in you may never get out - and also in terms of a marriage lasting that was always a "Crap's Shoot". I like how your personality in you work brings out the personality in your subjects. Very well done, and for me an inspiration. Thanks for sharing your images online. I wish you well in your success.
